400X 200X 80X 20X Benchtop end face inspector Fiber Optic inspection microscope with LCD Monitor

Fiber Optic Microscopes utilize coaxial illumination to provide the user with a critical view of fine scratches, making them the ideal choice for factory post-polish, component assembly, and QC inspection of fiber connectors. WT-V-400 include a video microscope, a video monitor, and a 1.25mm and 2.5mm universal adapter for viewing the most common types of connectors.

In the normal viewing mode defects and debris are easily seen across the end-face, but  pressing the Scratch View button on the top of the microscope allows the user to repeatably see very faint scratches that are otherwise very difficult to detect. Microscopes are also sold as independentunits without monitors.

Fiber Optic Microscopes  is widely used the patchcord production to monitor the polished fiber enderface, or some special ferrule, such as for SMA, MPO etc.

1. Summary:

*   The optical fiber video microscope may enlarge the optical fiber to 400 time, and will enlarge after the image to output on the monitor by the video signal way, will cause the optical fiber end surface the fit and unfit quality condition to be clear.

*   The optical fiber video microscope may inspect the optical core of the patch cord or the pigtail. Because observes on the monitor ,not the visual observation optical fiber end surface, therefore, even if in the optical fiber has the laser signal, also cannot injure the eye,  guaranteed the security.
