Testing
1, Fixed to the machine on the bench, and then loaded on the needed mold.
2, Connected to the gas source, to open push-and-pull switch, adjust the location of the mold. (When Adjusting,can use the manually presses on the solenoid valve).
3, Plug in the AC power supply AC220V, power plug auto transformer for DC DC24V, input control box to adjust the pressure of the pressure relief valve on the pressure reduction value "pressure adjustment" adjusted trial pressure (5kg). At this point, the mold would rise to the top dead center (this designed primarily for the safety of the staff).
4, Open the control box power switch, press the manual switch to see the power indicator lights and counters. Press the pedal control switch then the mold will decrease, when the cylinder completely dropped, then know that the fine tuning probably stroke, and then adjust the stroke, come and go several times, adjustable good upper and lower mold stapling position.
