Copper Fiber Composite Cable

Copper fiber composite cables are hybrid cables that combine optical fiber and copper conductors in the same sheath. Copper fiber composite cables are designed to transmit data (via optical fiber) and power (via copper cable) simultaneously, making them ideal for applications that require both types of data to be transmitted in the same line.

Jacket Types

  • PVC: Cost-effective and suitable for general-purpose, all-weather use.

  • CPE: Excellent resistance to weather and oil, making it ideal for direct burial and industrial installations.

  • LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen): TPE-grade material designed for use in transportation tunnels, environments with potentially corrosive chemicals, and cold climate applications.

Features and Benefits

  • Power and Data in One Cable: Hybrid cables deliver both power and data for low-voltage devices such as cameras, sensors, wireless access points, phones, and monitors.

  • Reduced Labor and Installation Time: Only one cable needs to be pulled, significantly cutting down on labor costs and installation time.

  • Versatile Use: Suitable for a wide range of environments, including indoor (plenum and riser) and indoor/outdoor (plenum and riser) applications.

Application

TC-OF/PLTC-OF Tray Cable

Power, WiFi Ethernet (Category), and fiber are integrated into a single cable.

Designed for ultra-durable, harsh environment applications (with armored metal and all dielectric types).

Ideal for transportation communications, including use in tunnels, subways, and commuter stations with LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jackets.
